Board of Directors Meeting

Location: Wingate Estates Clubhouse
Wingate Estates assessments are due in January and July every year and considered late ($20 late fee) if not paid by the last day of those months. Assessments can be mailed to P.O. Box 2549, Secaucus, NJ 07096-2549, dropped off at the Fairway Management office at 1331 Bedford Dr, Suite 103, Melbourne, FL 32940 or paid online here.
Viera East Community Association (VECA) assessments are also due in January and must be paid separately.

Community garage sales are typically held on the 1st Saturday of April and October.
If you need to do any modification, alteration, or addition to your home or lot, which includes REPLACING YOUR ROOF please don't forget to submit your MRC form for approval (a copy of the MRC form can be obtained by clicking here). The paint and roof color list can be found here. MRC forms are reviewed as soon as possible by our Modification Review Committee. Also, roofing signs are not to be displayed in your yard at any time. Thank you for your cooperation!
Remember: Parking on the streets is not permitted from Midnight—7am. You are welcome to use the Clubhouse’s parking overnight but you must contact Fairway Management for approval.
